Portal de los Dulces
The Portal de los Dulces es located in the Plaza de los Coches in front of the Clock Tower, it’s a place full of traditions and everyday life.
There are the candy sellers, who care jealously their recipes but proudly show the quality of their products. ¡Ah! it’s so hard to cross the portal and don’t stop to buy a cubanito, a caballito made of papaya, a tamarindo ball, cocadas made of pineapple, guava or coconut, or a milk doll to taste with little bites from its head to its foot”
